Everything you need to know to place an order

Order Process

Typical order process is 3 steps.

Step 1: Create text file, email it it to me requesting a quote.(Email:ASNPP at AlexandersSigns.com)

Step 2: Use PO or Choose credit card payment.

Step 3: Pay via credit card invoice or I will receive the PO automatically via EDI. Order is processed. You will receive UPS email notification with tracking information once the package is shipped.

Orders can be accepted in any format but an editable text style is preferable as it allows for copying into the engraving system rather than retyping which saves Typos and Time. If you have photos or specs to match I'm glad to facilitate that as well.

Typical Standards

General information

  • Email is the preferred ordering method

  • Tags are capital block letters unless otherwise specified.

  • Text is max size to fit tag legibly unless otherwise specified

  • Tags are Black/White letters unless otherwise specified.

  • Tags include foam tape backing unless otherwise specified.

  • Approximately a 24-48hr lead time until shipment.

Common Letter sizes (References 1x3" tag)

  • 1/8" Letters - 21-25 characters per line

  • 5/32" Letters - 16-20 characters per line

  • 3/16" Letters - 13-15 characters per line

  • 1/4" Letters - 10-12 characters per line

  • 3/8" Letters - 6-8 characters per line
